The YUKO Japanese Retexturizer

This is the most dramatic service that is offered to the hair.  In four hours the hair can go from the tightest most unruly of textures, to the most straight and shiny texture of hair.  Air dried!  You heard us!  Without the aid of a brush or hot tools, the YUKO Japanese System creates hair that air dry pin straight.  We are thrilled to be the only salon (4/2025) to be a YUKO Partner salon.  We have welcomed guests from various states seeking this treatment.

We offer two lines of chemical hair straightening, which is different than a keratin smoothing treatment. Results are permanent, hair is straight until it grows out. Retouches are needed on new growth about twice each year.

I just used the Bespoke housecall service and Gina was terrific and a true pro! Got a wonderful keratin straightening service with no formaldehyde- great results and none of the fumes! We used my desk chair at the sink and it worked well. She brought everything she needed in a tidy roly bag and we were finished in 2 hours (keratin treatments can be a half day at other salons in my experience). My hair does go lighter after the service so she came back next day for color to give 24 hours. Fresh half head of highlights + base single color and blow dry took 2.5 hours- very efficient! I have super thick hair- this treatment leaves really nice smooth results, cuts blow drying time in half and still allows bend in the hair- not pin straight. Love the new housecall service.
