We consider the pre-guest experience to be as important as your time spent in our salon suite. Some clients are familiar with their desired services and scheduling preferences, while others may benefit from additional consultation.

Our operations are available seven days a week, from 9:00am to 10:00 pm, by appointment only. As service providers, we recognize the importance of accommodating our clients' schedules and aim to be available at times most convenient for them.

To enhance your experience and ensure our stylists are fully prepared for your visit, we recommend utilizing our Virtual Consultation Tool located in the footer section of our website. By answering some general questions and uploading photographs of your current “lived-in” hair as well as any inspiration or hair goal images, you enable our team to review your preferences ahead of your appointment. A formal report will be generated, and our team will begin the consultation process prior to your visit.
