Gina Lariccia is a highly accomplished stylist with extensive training from prestigious institutions around the world. She is a 2010 Advanced Trained Graduate of the esteemed House of Sassoon in London, England. As an American Board Certified Hair Colorist, she honed her craft at the prestigious L'Oréal Institut in Paris and the Toni & Guy Academy in NYC under the guidance of CEO Zack Mascollo. Gina has also participated in the Redken Exchange in NYC and is recognized as a Master Colorist.

 

Throughout her career, Gina has worked with some of the most notable names in the salon industry, including Warren Tricomi and Frederic Fekkai, specializing exclusively as a Hair Color Specialist. She served as the Creative Director at Luxe Salon & Spa, which was voted the number one salon in Pennsylvania, managing three locations in Lancaster City and one in Lititz. Gina has also made a mark in the fashion industry, working as a runway coach for Ford Models in NYC and participating in Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week, collaborating with the design team of Lily Pulitzer. 

 

Additionally, she has experience as a wig captain in both Broadway and Regional Theatre, and she served as a stylist for the Warren Tricomi Agency in NYC, where she built valuable relationships with celebrities and high-profile clients. Gina's passion, vibrant personality, and artistic talent have established her as a sought-after stylist who empowers confidence at every stage of life. 

 

Her innovative vision to eliminate the traditional hustle of a high-end salon experience comes naturally after a 25-year career of international travel. In her intimate and luxurious setting, she offers one-on-one service sessions that reflect her dedication to each client's individual needs. Clients appreciate her exceptional cutting and coloring techniques, as well as the welcoming atmosphere she creates. When you sit in her chair, you immediately feel a sense of connection. Currently, Gina is pursuing her bachelor's degree in psychology from Southern New Hampshire University.

Her expertise includes the exclusive Vidal Sassoon technique which emphasizes precision, structure, and geometric shapes to create haircuts that are both stylish and easy to maintain. This is not the mainstream haircutting approaching the United States. Gina spent 30 days and nights in London to become certified in this technique and perfect her technical mastery.  The Vidal Sasoon haircut should does 99% of the work –the highly bespoke wash and go style that you can easily create at home.

Gina prefers working in a private, personalized setting of a salon suite vs the traditional bustling hair salon. Behind the chair only select days of the week, she takes a highly selective and unrushed approach, ensuring each appointment is an intimate and transformative experience.

As a proud transgender woman, Gina brings a compassionate understanding to her work, making her a trusted stylist for clients across the spectrum—cisgender, transgender, and non-binary. She specializes in hair extensions, lace wigs, and hairline restoration for both men and women. She supports the trans community, offering transformative services such as makeup tutorial lessons, with techniques designed to enhance light reflection, and solutions for hair and lashes that foster continued confidence and self-expression.

Gina changed my life today… the Japanese hair straightening system she performed was like watching magic as my hair that I never thought could be so wonderfully soft and laid straight transformed from a coarse curly head of hair to a flowing gorgeous head of hair. The natural brown tonality on my hair showed up and was highlighted more beautifully than ever before as the treatment changed the structure of my hair. Incredible work and I’ll certainly see her for my hair from now on!

I was happy with the hair services I've received from Gina at Bespoke Hair Salon in Milford. As a professional makeup artist and esthetician (and a bit of a perfectionist, haha), I'm kind of hard to impress. And I have been impressed with her skills, knowledge and results. She actually listens to what you want. Ever since the first time Gina colored and styled my hair, I will never go to anyone else! She is SO TALENTED and I trust her to tell ME what to do with my hair. She quickly learned my style and goals and is mindful of my curls and lifestyle when discussing with me her plans for the appointments. Also, her new location is my favorite for me and my family. I just used the Bespoke housecall service and Gina was terrific and a true pro! Got a wonderful keratin straightening service with no formaldehyde- great results and none of the fumes! We used my desk chair at the sink and it worked well. She brought everything she needed in a tidy roly bag and we were finished in 2 hours (keratin treatments can be a half day at other salons in my experience). My hair does go lighter after the service so she came back next day for color to give 24 hours. Fresh half head of highlights + base single color and blow dry took 2.5 hours- very efficient! I have super thick hair- this treatment leaves really nice smooth results, cuts blow drying time in half and still allows bend in the hair- not pin straight. Love the new housecall service. Great job, Gina!
